Colle Messino Relais: a 400-year-long history<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Briaglia<\/strong> is an obligatory stop for all lovers of the splendid Piedmontese Territory of Monregalese and Alta Langa<\/strong> and for the many international tourists who every year choose this unspoiled area of Piedmont<\/strong> as a destination for their travels and holidays.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Its history starts from afar<\/strong> and speaks of ancient Ligurian populations, Romans, lordships, bishops and fiefdoms. In a more recent and documented time, Briaglia participated in the foundation of Mondov\u00ec, became part of the municipality of Vico, was purchased by the Marquis of Ormea and, towards the end of the 1700s, became an independent municipality. also hosting Napoleon Bonaparte<\/strong> who, from Colle della Guardia, led his troops against in combat against those from Piedmont.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
